Yes, you are seeing this price right. This is a fully functioning, running (actually extremely well running) Heritage from 2013. The bike has had a few modifications that have changed it from stock quite a bit and if you are looking for a clean nice pretty bike, this is not it though it would be a great project to start with to make it into a cool custom ride. The front fender is not a Heritage fender. The tank is painted a different color than the rest of the bike. The rear fender is missing the lower fender chrome corner with the light and the rear turn signal bar. Surprisingly the bags are in relatively good condition with some wear marks but the leather is not dried out stiff like you see in some bikes that age already. They do need a good conditioner treatment though. The stupid looking hand protectors will come off easy and it needs a second mirror installed.

The bike runs perfect on the 103ci motor. Nothing wrong with this bike other than cosmetics. The bike is sold $3,000 under KBB Trade-In Value and has only 29K miles. Clean title, no stories.

Softail models were introduced in 1984 with a newly patented design from one of the Harley engineers. The hidden suspension allows clean lines and over the years the design has been improved. The Heritage line is a timeless classic look that no matter when you look at it just does not get old. Wide swooped fenders and studded bags, big seat and comfort all around makes this bike a looker all the time.
