I do not have the key to lock it, nor do I have locks for the saddle bags

I just dropped $1,800 in new brakes and the 50,000 mile service.The gentleman I bought the bike from said it had a stage 3 kit installed at the dealer. I am no mechanic and don't know how to verify/validate this statement. The Harley dealer said it's highly likely by the way the bike sounds; it's really crisp at high RPMs (much different than other like bikes).
