The Sportster has been the most recognized small Harley even though it really is a rather heavy bike for what is considered “Entry Level”. Not surprising some Harley riders with bigger bikes add a Sportster to their own garage for the quick run-around trip without bringing out the “big gun”. It is heavy enough to ride solid yet agile enough to just fling it around. Loved by shorter and female riders for its easy handling and loved by big guys for the power/weight ratio.

The Sportster is offered in two power units. The traditional 883 engine and the 1200 engine. Both are equally interesting bikes with tons of options by aftermarket manufacturers to customize this bike from head to toe for small money.

The Forty Eight is the most sought after of the Sportster series. Its fat front tire and wide front end make this bike handle great as well as look amazing. On this bike you will not find a scratch. It is practically new but has had several amazing modifications.

The seat was replaced with the vintage tractor seat in leather that has “48” stamped into it. The exhaust is a racing style exhaust that is both loud and looks good. Air intake is a black cone style filter element which completes the bike as a Stage 1. Turn signals are small LED stumps that allow the classic look as if the bike has no turn signals but it is fully legal in all States.

Thousands spend in modifications yet this bike has only 1,200 miles on the clock. Perfect in every aspect.
