The Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Softail® Convertible is a limited-production custom motorcycle that can be configured for all-day touring, two-up cruising or solo profiling by adding or detaching key components, which can be easily removed or installed without tools. Production will be limited to approximately 2,400 units assembled at the Harley-Davidson Vehicle Operations facility in York, Pa. The Softail rear suspension mimics the clean lines of a vintage hardtail frame but offers the comfort of modern suspension that is hidden under the chassis. The rigid powertrain allows tight packaging of the engine and frame and creates a solid connection between the rider and the power that moves the motorcycle.

Those motorcyclists seeking the best of both worlds would appreciate the CVO Softail Convertible. It can quickly transform from custom touring to custom cruising within minutes courtesy of its removable front fairing, leather saddlebags, passenger pillion and backrest. Based off the standard Softail platform, the CVO Softail Convertible adds a clever detachable fairing that can be removed quickly without tools. Simply unlatch the two pins that hold the fairing, pull off the soft leather saddle bags, remove the passenger seat and back rest and you’re ready to hit the boulevard.

In addition to a short windscreen the fairing houses a simple two speaker audio system with a pocket for the included iPod nano MP3 player. This Convertible comes in Maple Metallic and Roman Gold with Burnished Copper Graphics, (the most sought after finish). Additionally, both the frame and the swingarm match the exterior color. Lastly, it rolls on a set of 18-inch diameter Stinger chrome wheels.

And with that famous, torquey & booming, air-cooled, Screamin’ Eagle 110 Cubic Inch fuel-injected 45-degree V-Twin Engine and six-speed transmission, the CVO Convertible is a blast to ride.

I have all the original accessories (fairing, leather saddle bags, passenger seat, back rest, bike cover, etc).

UPDATE *** As I previously mentioned, I am the original and only owner and I have all the accessories that came with the bike.

Though someone still emailed me to asked about the accessories and photos with them on the bike. I thought it was a good question/request, so I took 9 New Photos.

The ONLY thing about the bike that is less than 100% perfect shape, is the left-side saddle bag. You will notice in two photos, that a few of the edges are scuffed up (the left-side bag fell off the bike last year. I was driving slowly at the time so no damage to the bag, other than the scuffing)… I imagine some TLC would improve the scuffing or just buying a new one is not too expensive at all.

There is also a custom cover that came with the bike and it also is in perfect condition.

This CVO also came with a special Apple iPod nano MP3 player. I never once used the iPod but I remember saving it; now I just need to recall where I saved it.
